The available shipping method depends on the products inside:

• Shelf-stable products use standard parcel shipping.
• Refrigerated foods use chilled insulated packaging.
• Frozen foods use insulated frozen packaging with the appropriate coolant.

Temperature-sensitive products are packed using insulated shipping materials and the coolant appropriate for the products and expected transit time.

Chilled orders may use cold packs, while frozen orders may require a frozen coolant system. The packing method and carrier service are selected according to the order contents, destination, and expected delivery schedule.

No. The displayed gift-box price covers the products and standard gift presentation unless otherwise stated.

Shipping is calculated separately based on package weight, dimensions, destination, product temperature requirements, and the transit speed needed for the order.

You may request a preferred delivery date when the scheduling option is available. We will plan the ship date and carrier service around that request.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, address issues, service interruptions, or other conditions outside our control.

Polish imports and specialty products may occasionally become unavailable.

When substitutions are necessary, we may replace an item with a comparable Polish product of equal or greater value while preserving the overall theme and quality of the gift box.
